Hey All!

O.k. - these are step by step directions for clients downloading hi-res printing files from their sessions:

1. When you hold the cursor over the thumbnail on the right, a slider will come over (it has thumbs up/down and sizes)

2. View the image at 'original' size - no other size will be printable just 'original' this is a crucial step.

3. Now, you'll probably just see a tiny piece of the image - don't worrry - it will load - right click and save this file to your computer. You should save it somewhere that you'll be able to find and name is something that will be helpful to you.

4. The file should be in the 3-4 MG range - You can check this through properties.

5. If for some reason this isn't working, please call me or drop an email and we will figure it out. If it's saying that it's protected, please let me know. If it's been a few months since your proofs have been up, I just have to change a setting in your folder.
